Clthwork Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Clthwork”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and mobile services, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Clthwork, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

  • Account details: name, phone number, email, and password.
  • Order details: pickup & delivery addresses, garment items, service preferences, and special instructions.
  • Payment data: processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment partners; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Device & usage data: IP address, device type, browser, pages visited, and approximate location to keep the service secure and improve it.

2. How we use your information

  • To accept orders, route them to partner shops, and arrange pickup & delivery.
  • To send order updates by SMS, email, push, or WhatsApp.
  • To process payments, refunds, and invoicing.
  • To prevent fraud, abuse, and to comply with applicable law.
  • To improve our service quality and personalise recommendations.

3. Sharing with partners

We share only the minimum information needed with the local shop fulfilling your order (typically your name, phone, address, and the items you have requested) and with our delivery, payment, and communication providers. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data retention

We retain order history for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations under Indian law. You can request deletion of your account at any time.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data from your profile, or by writing to us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days as required by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

6. Security

We use TLS in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive fields, and role-based access controls to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so we encourage you to use a strong unique password and to log out of shared devices.

7. Children

Clthwork is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

8. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy as our service evolves. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email at least 7 days before they take effect.
